Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original Hat Trick box.

Drop Off Package

Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our distribution center.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
